ETF Opportunities Trust approved the dissolution of the American Conservative Values Small-Cap ETF (ACVS), which had been slated to list on NYSE Arca. The board cited a lower prospect of a successful launch than when the fund was originally established as the reason for abandoning the ETF. Under the approved Plan of Dissolution and Termination, ACVS is expected to terminate on or about August 13, 2026, effectively canceling the planned small-cap strategy before it gained traction.
First Trust will close and liquidate two NYSE Arca-listed ETFs: the First Trust Horizon Managed Volatility Small/Mid ETF and First Trust Horizon Managed Volatility Developed International ETF.
