flatexDEGIRO teams with DWS on two co-branded ETFs
flatexDEGIRO has partnered with DWS to develop two co-branded Xtrackers ETFs covering diversified global equities and euro bonds, according to Luxembourg registrations.
The Vulcan Value Partners ETF will focus on long-term capital appreciation through a concentrated portfolio of undervalued companies with durable competitive advantages. The actively-managed strategy will invest primarily in U.S. large- and small-cap stocks, while allowing up to 30% exposure to foreign securities, including emerging markets. Portfolio managers use discounted cash flow analysis to identify businesses trading at significant discounts to intrinsic value and typically hold around 20 positions. As a non-diversified fund, the ETF can take larger positions in its highest-conviction holdings, reflecting Vulcan’s value-oriented approach centered on quality businesses, prudent capital allocation, and downside risk management.
