The Twin Oak Active Opportunities ETF will seek long-term capital appreciation through a flexible mix of equities and fixed income. The actively-managed fund can invest across company sizes, bond maturities and credit qualities, either directly or through ETFs, including affiliated funds. Twin Oak will combine bottom-up security research with top-down portfolio management and can shift allocations as opportunities change, potentially investing entirely in one asset class. Exchange Traded Concepts will serve as sub-adviser for trading and other services.
