The Twin Oak Short Horizon Absolute Return ETF will seek capital appreciation with low price volatility through defined-risk options. The fund will pair calls with puts and bullish debit spreads with bearish debit spreads, aiming to profit from moves in either market direction while dampening portfolio volatility. It will use listed, OTC and FLEX options on U.S. equities, ETFs and indexes, with expirations from zero days to one year. The strategy will not use leverage or sell naked options, limiting each option’s maximum loss to the premium invested.
