Tuttle Capital to Liquidate Meme Stock Income ETF (MEMY) After Just 10 Months

Tuttle Capital Management will liquidate the Tuttle Capital Meme Stock Income Blast ETF (MEMY), citing limited prospects for meaningful asset growth, ongoing operating costs, and the adviser’s decision to stop subsidizing expenses. Launched on January 20, 2026, the fund will close less than 10 months after its debut. The ETF’s board approved the liquidation plan on October 29, with MEMY scheduled to cease trading on Cboe BZX and close to new investments after November 10. Final liquidation is expected around November 18, 2026. During the wind-down, the fund may increase cash holdings and deviate from its investment strategy. Remaining shareholders will receive cash distributions after liabilities are settled. Liquidation and transaction costs will be borne by the fund and its shareholders, while proceeds may trigger taxable gains or losses.
