Transamerica Asset Management has filed for the Transamerica International Equity Active ETF (TAVI), which will invest at least 80% of assets in equities, primarily companies valued at $1 billion or more across developed markets represented by the MSCI EAFE Index. Up to 15% may be invested outside EAFE markets, including U.S. and Canadian stocks, with emerging-market exposure capped at 10%. Sub-adviser Great Lakes Advisors will use bottom-up fundamental research and quantitative analysis to identify attractively valued companies with resilient businesses, strong management and balance sheets. The fund expects broad international exposure but may concentrate in selected countries or sectors, with significant financial-sector exposure initially.
