Touchstone Plans to Convert Large-Cap Growth Mutual Fund Into ETF
Touchstone plans to convert its Dynamic Large Cap Growth Fund from a mutual fund into a newly created ETF through a tax-free reorganization expected around January 22, 2027.
Volatility Shares has filed for 30 ETFs, one for each MLB team, designed to turn on-field performance into investable exposure. Each fund would invest primarily through cash-settled futures linked to a CME FSPI index tracking its respective team’s regular-season and postseason results. The indexes start each season at 7,500 and move with rules-based, play-by-play statistics, with positive actions adding points and negative outcomes subtracting them before resetting after the postseason. Futures exposure would primarily be held through Cayman Islands subsidiaries, while the funds may also use swaps, options and collateral investments such as U.S. Treasuries.
