Themes Management will liquidate three ETFs: the Themes Lithium & Battery Metal Miners ETF (LIMI), Themes US Cash Flow Champions ETF (LGCF) and Themes US Small Cap Cash Flow Champions ETF (SMCF). The funds will stop accepting creation orders after September 18 and cease exchange trading after September 21. Shareholders who retain their shares will receive cash based on NAV, with liquidation payments expected around September 25. The distributions will be taxable events and may include accrued capital gains and dividends.
