New Age Alpha to Convert NAA Allocation Fund Into ETF
New Age Alpha plans to convert the NAA Allocation Fund from a mutual fund into the newly created NAA Allocation ETF, with the reorganization expected to close around December 4, 2026.
Texas Capital plans to transfer the Texas Equity Index ETF (TXS) and Texas Oil Index ETF (OILT) from NYSE Arca to the Texas Stock Exchange, where they are expected to begin trading September 16 under their existing tickers, pending regulatory approval. The funds would become TXSE’s first primary listings and first ETFs, shortly after its trading platform launched July 31. The transfers mark an early step in TXSE’s push to build a listing franchise, with corporate transfers targeted for Q4 and IPOs expected in 2027.
