Tema ETFs has announced the liquidation of the Tema Listed Private Managers ETF (CBOE: PRVT) following approval by the fund’s board of trustees. The ETF is expected to liquidate and distribute proceeds to shareholders on or about September 4, 2026. The fund will stop accepting creation orders after August 31, 2026, and its last day of trading on Cboe BZX is expected to be September 2, 2026. As the fund winds down, it will cease pursuing its investment objective and focus on preserving assets and preparing distributions. Shareholders who remain invested through the delisting will receive cash equal to the fund’s net asset value on the liquidation date.
