TD Asset Management will terminate its TD Target 2026 Investment Grade Bond ETF (TBCF) and TD Target 2026 U.S. Investment Grade Bond ETF (TBUF.U) on November 23, 2026, as the funds reach their predetermined maturity. The ETFs are expected to cease TSX trading after market close on November 19, while new direct subscriptions by authorized participants stop after September 11. TDAM plans to convert portfolio assets to cash before maturity and distribute remaining net assets pro rata to unitholders.
