New Age Alpha to Convert NAA Allocation Fund Into ETF
New Age Alpha plans to convert the NAA Allocation Fund from a mutual fund into the newly created NAA Allocation ETF, with the reorganization expected to close around December 4, 2026.
The ETFs formerly known as the Unusual Whales Subversive Democratic Trading ETF (NANC) and Unusual Whales Subversive Republican Trading ETF (GOP) have been renamed the Subversive Congressional Democrats Trading ETF and Subversive Congressional Republicans Trading ETF, respectively. The funds also ended their relationship with Unusual Whales as a data provider and will now obtain congressional Periodic Transaction Report (PTR) filings directly through adviser Tidal Investments. The filing notes that Subversive Markets Lab will continue serving as sponsor, providing financial and marketing support, while investment decisions remain with the adviser. The changes are operational and branding-related, with no announced shift to the funds’ congressional trading-based investment approach.
