flatexDEGIRO has partnered with DWS to develop two co-branded Xtrackers ETFs covering diversified global equities and euro bonds, according to Luxembourg registrations.
Sterling Capital has filed to launch five actively managed ETFs: the Sterling Capital Large Cap Value Focused Factor ETF, Sterling Capital Small Cap Value Focused Factor ETF, Sterling Capital Small Cap Value ETF, Sterling Capital North Carolina Intermediate Tax-Free ETF, and Sterling Capital Virginia Intermediate Tax-Free ETF. The funds are being created as part of planned reorganizations of corresponding Sterling Capital mutual funds into ETF structures. The lineup includes value-focused equity strategies targeting large- and small-cap stocks, as well as state-specific municipal bond ETFs focused on investment-grade, tax-exempt income. Following the conversions, each ETF is expected to inherit the assets, performance history, and investment approach of its predecessor mutual fund.
