flatexDEGIRO teams with DWS on two co-branded ETFs
flatexDEGIRO has partnered with DWS to develop two co-branded Xtrackers ETFs covering diversified global equities and euro bonds, according to Luxembourg registrations.
The REX 100 Growth & Income ETF will combine roughly 100 of the largest U.S.-listed stocks with a covered call strategy targeting about 50% of the portfolio. The fund plans to sell month-long calls, generally overwriting about 12.5% of its holdings each week across staggered expirations to generate premium income while retaining uncapped upside on the remainder. If individual-stock options cannot initially support the strategy, REX may use calls on the fund’s benchmark index instead. The filing leaves the index name and provider unspecified, while noting that covered calls can limit gains during strong equity rallies.
