ProShares filed for 15 leveraged inverse ETFs tied to high-profile private companies that are widely viewed as IPO candidates. Each fund would seek to deliver -2x the daily performance of its underlying stock once publicly listed, offering bearish exposure to firms including Anduril, ByteDance, Databricks, Discord, Kraken, Lambda, Oura, Revolut, Stripe, and VAST Data. The lineup is heavily concentrated in AI infrastructure, fintech, crypto, and defense technology companies, with additional funds targeting Crusoe, Nscale, Roze, SB Energy, and Kioxia. The filings extend ProShares’ growing single-stock ETF platform into the private-market and pre-IPO arena, positioning products for launch if and when these companies begin public trading.
