flatexDEGIRO teams with DWS on two co-branded ETFs
flatexDEGIRO has partnered with DWS to develop two co-branded Xtrackers ETFs covering diversified global equities and euro bonds, according to Luxembourg registrations.
The Calamos Nasdaq Autocallable Growth ETF would gain exposure to a laddered portfolio of synthetic autocallables through total return swaps. The underlying reference index dynamically adjusts E-mini Nasdaq-100 futures exposure based on implied volatility. The strategy offers contingent annual coupons, a memory feature for missed payments, and conditional principal protection above a maturity barrier, while exposing investors to full downside if that barrier is breached. The fund would mainly hold short-term Treasuries, cash, box spreads, and swap collateral, with coupons reinvested to support tax-efficient compounding.
