has filed to launch The Pragmatic ETF, an actively managed, non-diversified fund focused on high-quality companies with durable competitive advantages, strong balance sheets, sustainable cash flow and long-term dividend growth potential. The strategy uses bottom-up fundamental research to identify businesses with pricing power, disciplined capital allocation, capable management and attractive valuations. While primarily targeting established global companies, the fund can invest across market capitalizations, sectors and geographies, including emerging markets, without fixed allocation limits. It may also hold preferred stocks, other ETFs, investment-grade bonds, U.S. government securities and cash.
