Pictet Hires EMEA ETF Sales Head to Drive Active ETF Expansion

Pictet Asset Management has appointed Alfred Le Léon as head of ETF distribution for EMEA, a new role supporting the $355bn manager’s push into Europe’s active ETF market. Le Léon joins from JP Morgan Asset Management, where he led ETF distribution across France, Benelux and French-speaking Switzerland, bringing more than 15 years of industry experience. His appointment follows Pictet’s European ETF debut with five active equity strategies that use AI in stock selection and signals plans to accelerate distribution and grow its ETF franchise.
