UBS Enters Active Equity ETF Market With Global Income Strategy
UBS Asset Management has launched its first active equity ETF in Europe with the UBS Global Equity Income Plus UCITS ETF (FGZJ).
Mast Investments has launched the Mast HedgeIndex Managed Futures Strategy ETF (HXF), an actively managed fund targeting macro opportunities across asset classes, geographies and time horizons. HXF uses proprietary HedgeIndex quantitative models to dynamically take long and short positions across equities, fixed income, commodities and currencies. The strategy uses derivatives and may employ significant leverage, while up to 25% of assets can be invested through a Cayman subsidiary. The fund can also gain up to 10% net asset exposure to crypto assets.
