BlackRock Plans to Convert Large Cap Growth Mutual Fund Into Active ETF
BlackRock is seeking shareholder approval to reorganize its Advantage Large Cap Growth Fund into the newly created iShares Enhanced Large Cap Growth Active…
The New Lantern Risk Managed Equity ETF (NLRM) is designed to deliver roughly half of U.S. large-cap equity market returns over time with lower volatility. The actively-managed fund pairs broad large-cap exposure with a derivatives sleeve primarily using staggered collars: purchasing puts to cushion significant declines while selling calls to help finance the protection, capping some upside. Equity exposure may come through stocks, ETFs, options or futures, while FLEX Options will typically implement the hedge. Arin Risk Advisors will serve as trading sub-adviser.
