The Madison Mid Cap ETF will invest at least 80% of assets in midsize companies, defined as those valued between $500 million and $70 billion. The actively-managed fund will typically hold a concentrated portfolio of 25–40 stocks selected through fundamental analysis of business quality, management and valuation. Madison targets industry leaders with sustainable growth and competitive advantages while seeking to limit downside through its “Participate and Protect” philosophy. The fund may invest up to 25% in foreign securities, with Tidal serving as subadvisor.
