New Age Alpha to Convert NAA Allocation Fund Into ETF

New Age Alpha plans to convert the NAA Allocation Fund from a mutual fund into the newly created NAA Allocation ETF, with the reorganization expected to close around December 4, 2026. The ETF will retain the same investment objective and fundamental policies, with substantially similar strategies and portfolio management. New Age Alpha cited lower expenses, greater trading flexibility, increased holdings transparency and potential tax efficiency as benefits. Shareholders with ETF-compatible brokerage accounts will be converted automatically.
