New Age Alpha to Convert NAA Allocation Fund Into ETF
New Age Alpha plans to convert the NAA Allocation Fund from a mutual fund into the newly created NAA Allocation ETF, with the reorganization expected to close around December 4, 2026.
Logan Capital Management will rename the Logan Capital Broad Innovative Growth ETF (LCLG) as the Logan Capital Large Cap Growth ETF, effective August 28, 2026. The NYSE Arca-listed fund will retain its LCLG ticker, while its principal investment strategy disclosures will be revised to reflect the new name. The change, approved by the Advisors Series Trust board in March, shifts the fund’s branding away from the broader “innovative growth” label toward a clearer emphasis on its large-cap growth investment approach.
