New Age Alpha plans to convert the NAA Allocation Fund from a mutual fund into the newly created NAA Allocation ETF, with the reorganization expected to close around December 4, 2026.
JPMorgan is revising the investment policy of its Small & Mid Cap Enhanced Equity ETF effective Nov. 1. The fund will invest at least 80% of assets in small- and mid-cap equities, defined primarily by the S&P 1000 universe, whose constituents ranged from $200 million to $31 billion in market value as of July 31. Its active process ranks stocks using financial data, data science and fundamental analysis, favoring undervalued or fairly valued companies while keeping sector exposure near the broader small- and mid-cap market. Futures may also be used for liquidity and market exposure.
