New Age Alpha to Convert NAA Allocation Fund Into ETF
New Age Alpha plans to convert the NAA Allocation Fund from a mutual fund into the newly created NAA Allocation ETF, with the reorganization expected to close around December 4, 2026.
BlackRock is changing the distribution schedule for the iShares Global Government Bond USD Hedged Active ETF (GGOV) from annual to quarterly dividends, giving shareholders more frequent income payments. Beginning in September 2026, the actively managed bond ETF expects to declare dividends from net investment income each quarter, with the first declaration expected around September 30 and payment around October 6, 2026. Net realized securities gains will generally continue to be distributed annually, although special or more frequent distributions may be made when appropriate. The change follows the fund’s last annual dividend, which was paid in December 2025.
