New Age Alpha to Convert NAA Allocation Fund Into ETF
New Age Alpha plans to convert the NAA Allocation Fund from a mutual fund into the newly created NAA Allocation ETF, with the reorganization expected to close around December 4, 2026.
The Hashdex Nasdaq CME Crypto Index ETF (NCIQ) added Hyperliquid (HYPE) in its Sept. 1 quarterly reconstitution, giving the token a 3.36% index weight. Bitcoin remains dominant at 74.36%, followed by ether at 11.88%, while seven other crypto assets hold smaller allocations. Hashdex highlighted HYPE’s short operating history, concentrated token ownership and validator governance, scheduled supply releases, and regulatory exposure tied to Hyperliquid’s derivatives-focused exchange. The filing also warns that HYPE has less-developed derivatives markets, potentially affecting liquidity and price discovery.
