Harbor to Liquidate AlphaEdge Large Cap Value ETF in October

Harbor Capital Advisors will close and liquidate the Harbor AlphaEdge Large Cap Value ETF, with its final day of trading on NYSE Arca set for October 15, 2026. Creation orders will cease after that day, trading will be halted before the October 16 market open, and liquidation is expected around October 22. Ahead of the closure, Harbor will transition the portfolio largely into cash, cash equivalents and short-term debt, meaning the ETF will stop seeking to track the Harbor AlphaEdge Large Cap Value Index. Investors holding shares through liquidation will receive cash based on net asset value, with potential capital gains or losses for taxable accounts.
