Goldman SachsflatexDEGIRO teams with DWS on two co-branded ETFs
flatexDEGIRO has partnered with DWS to develop two co-branded Xtrackers ETFs covering diversified global equities and euro bonds, according to Luxembourg registrations.
Goldman Sachs Asset Management has filed with Ireland’s regulator to launch three Innovator-branded defined-outcome UCITS ETFs, marking its first move to bring the strategies to Europe following its $2bn acquisition of Innovator Capital Management. The proposed funds will offer S&P 500 and EURO STOXX 50 exposure using options to mitigate downside risk, including managed-floor and 20% quarterly-buffer approaches. The launches would put Goldman alongside BlackRock, JP Morgan and others targeting Europe’s emerging defined-outcome ETF market.
