flatexDEGIRO teams with DWS on two co-branded ETFs
flatexDEGIRO has partnered with DWS to develop two co-branded Xtrackers ETFs covering diversified global equities and euro bonds, according to Luxembourg registrations.
The Global X Magnificent Six ETF (SIX) will provide concentrated exposure to the “Magnificent Six”: Alphabet, Amazon, Apple, Meta Platforms, Microsoft and NVIDIA. The actively-managed fund will invest at least 80% of assets in these companies or instruments providing equivalent exposure, with swaps and other derivatives expected to play a significant role. Holdings are expected to be weighted by free-float market capitalization and rebalanced quarterly, although Global X may adjust the portfolio more frequently. The non-diversified ETF will concentrate in information technology and communication services and may use Treasuries, money-market instruments and ETFs for collateral or liquidity.
