The Defiance AI Powered ETF will use a proprietary AI-driven investment process to select U.S.-listed stocks and index ETFs. The actively-managed strategy combines outputs from the Xplore AI Model—analyzing macroeconomic data, fundamentals, news flow, sentiment, and market trends—with Defiance’s own AI-powered scoring system. The fund is expected to hold 30–50 securities chosen from a broader universe of Russell 3000 stocks and select index ETFs, with portfolio rebalancing occurring monthly or more frequently when significant market events arise.
