New Age Alpha to Convert NAA Allocation Fund Into ETF
New Age Alpha plans to convert the NAA Allocation Fund from a mutual fund into the newly created NAA Allocation ETF, with the reorganization expected to close around December 4, 2026.
Defiance is updating its Drone and Modern Warfare ETF to allow up to 15% of assets to be invested in private companies that fit the fund's defense technology theme. Effective around August 6, 2026, the ETF will retain its primary objective of tracking the BITA Drone & Modern Warfare Select Index while adding a secondary objective to gain exposure to eligible private firms through special purpose vehicles (SPVs). The change broadens the fund's reach beyond publicly traded companies without altering its management fee.
