New Age Alpha to Convert NAA Allocation Fund Into ETF
New Age Alpha plans to convert the NAA Allocation Fund from a mutual fund into the newly created NAA Allocation ETF, with the reorganization expected to close around December 4, 2026.
Defiance has lowered management fees across three ETFs, including two leveraged single-stock strategies. The AI Hyperscale Leaders ETF (AIHY) fee fell to 0.35% from 0.75%, while the Daily Target 2X Long HOOD ETF (HOOX), offering 2x daily Robinhood exposure, dropped to 0.65% from 1.29%. The Daily Target 2X Long DRAM ETF (DRAL) was cut to 0.69% from 1.29%. Total annual operating expenses are now 0.37% for AIHY, 0.68% for HOOX and 0.71% for DRAL.
