UBS Enters Active Equity ETF Market With Global Income Strategy
UBS Asset Management has launched its first active equity ETF in Europe with the UBS Global Equity Income Plus UCITS ETF (FGZJ).
The CGS Fullgoal Singapore Next 50 Active ETF (Q50) began trading on SGX on September 3, becoming the first actively managed Singapore-equity ETF benchmarked to the iEdge Singapore Next 50 Index. Targeting a roughly S$109 billion small- and mid-cap universe beyond the bank-heavy STI, Q50 invests at least 80% in Next 50 constituents and up to 20% across broader Singapore equities. Managed by CGS International and advised by Fullgoal, it uses a quantitative multi-factor strategy to identify potential future blue chips.
