New Age Alpha to Convert NAA Allocation Fund Into ETF
New Age Alpha plans to convert the NAA Allocation Fund from a mutual fund into the newly created NAA Allocation ETF, with the reorganization expected to close around December 4, 2026.
Columbia Threadneedle plans to merge the Columbia Integrated Large Cap Growth Fund II mutual fund into the Columbia Large Cap Growth ETF around Nov. 23, 2026, continuing its shift toward the ETF structure. The funds employ substantially similar strategies focused on large-cap equities, but Columbia says the ETF offers a lower expense ratio and potentially greater tax efficiency. No shareholder vote is required. Investors with eligible brokerage accounts will receive equal-value ETF shares, while those unable to hold ETF shares will be cashed out, potentially triggering taxes.
