Amplify Files Sports Ownership ETF With Private Market Exposure
The Amplify Pro Sports Private & Public Ownership ETF (PROS) will offer exposure to companies that own or operate professional sports teams, leagues and venues.
The Causeway International Equity ETF (CWIE) will invest at least 80% of assets in non-U.S. equities, with the majority allocated to companies paying dividends or repurchasing shares. The actively-managed strategy will primarily target large-cap stocks above $10 billion, using quantitative screens and fundamental research to identify companies trading below estimated intrinsic value. Causeway will emphasize price-to-earnings ratios and shareholder yield while also considering valuation, cash flow and financial strength. The fund may invest up to 20% in emerging markets and use developed-market index futures for exposure and cash management.
