Capital Group has named Jamie Sinclair as head of ETFs for Europe and Asia-Pacific, hiring the former BlackRock executive to drive the expansion of its active ETF business outside North America. Based in London, Sinclair previously led iShares product distribution for EMEA and will oversee ETF growth across both regions. The appointment follows the firm's recruitment of ETF capital markets head Jim Goldie earlier this year and underscores Capital Group’s commitment to building its international active ETF presence beyond its established US franchise.
