New Age Alpha to Convert NAA Allocation Fund Into ETF
New Age Alpha plans to convert the NAA Allocation Fund from a mutual fund into the newly created NAA Allocation ETF, with the reorganization expected to close around December 4, 2026.
The Brookmont Catastrophic Bond ETF (ILS) will transfer its listing from NYSE Arca to the Texas Stock Exchange (TXSE) effective September 18, 2026, according to an August 25 regulatory supplement from ETF Opportunities Trust. The fund’s prospectus and Statement of Additional Information will replace all references to NYSE Arca with Texas Stock Exchange on that date. The filing represents an exchange-listing change for ILS rather than a change to the ETF’s investment strategy.
