Bitwise to Liquidate Dogecoin ETF BWOW in October

Bitwise will close and liquidate its Dogecoin ETF (BWOW) as part of an effort to optimize its product lineup around evolving investor needs. The fund is expected to trade for the final time on NYSE Arca on October 14, after which operations will cease and Dogecoin holdings will be converted to cash. Investors remaining in the ETF will automatically receive cash based on the fund’s October 21 net asset value, with distributions scheduled for October 22. No action is required from shareholders who hold through liquidation.
