The AOT Software Platform ETF (AOTS) will liquidate and dissolve on or about August 19, 2026, following approval by the EA Series Trust Board of Trustees. The fund has already begun selling portfolio holdings and raising cash, which may cause it to deviate from its stated investment strategy before closure. New creation orders will cease after August 18, and trading will be halted before market open on the liquidation date. Shareholders who hold AOTS through the liquidation will receive cash distributions based on the fund’s net asset value, which may result in taxable events depending on individual circumstances.
