New Age Alpha to Convert NAA Allocation Fund Into ETF
New Age Alpha plans to convert the NAA Allocation Fund from a mutual fund into the newly created NAA Allocation ETF, with the reorganization expected to close around December 4, 2026.
Amplify Fairlead Tactical Sector ETF (TACK), formerly Fairlead Tactical Sector ETF, uses a rules-based technical strategy to rotate among the 11 S&P 500 sectors based on trend and momentum signals. The actively managed fund typically holds 5–8 ETFs and rebalances monthly. During risk-off periods, it can shift toward gold and Treasury ETFs, with Treasury exposure potentially reaching 75% in severe downturns. The strategy seeks to outperform the S&P 500 through differentiated sector allocations while limiting downside during market declines.
