JO Hambro Plans Active ETF Expansion Across U.S. and Europe

The Yorkville America Anti-Debasement Index ETF is designed to track the MarketVector Anti-Debasement Index, which combines exposure to Bitcoin, gold, and silver through a rules-based allocation framework. The index holds the iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT), SPDR Gold Shares (GLD), and iShares Silver Trust (SLV), with weights determined using an inverse-volatility methodology that favors less volatile assets. To track the index, the fund may invest in the underlying ETFs, derivatives, and direct Bitcoin exposure through a Cayman Islands subsidiary. The proposed ETF aims to provide investors with a diversified portfolio of assets often viewed as potential hedges against currency debasement and inflation.
