UBS Enters Active Equity ETF Market With Global Income Strategy
UBS Asset Management has launched its first active equity ETF in Europe with the UBS Global Equity Income Plus UCITS ETF (FGZJ).
XFUNDS launched the actively managed 1-3 Month BOX ETF (XCSH), a cash-management strategy seeking to match or exceed returns from one- to three-month U.S. Treasury bills before fees and expenses. Instead of primarily owning T-bills, XCSH uses short-dated box spreads—four-leg options positions designed to generate defined, fixed-income-like payoffs with limited sensitivity to the underlying market. Positions are continually reinvested as they mature, giving investors ETF access to a strategy traditionally used by sophisticated traders.
