XFUNDS Launches Value Income ETF (VTVX) Combining U.S. Value Stocks with Options Income

XFUNDS has launched the XFUNDS Value Income ETF (VTVX), an actively managed fund combining U.S. value equity exposure with options strategies designed to generate additional income. The fund seeks capital appreciation by investing in attractively valued companies while collecting options premiums to support potential cash distributions. VTVX primarily employs call and put spreads on individual stocks or ETFs, with flexibility to use short calls and cash-secured puts depending on market conditions. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its assets will be invested in value-oriented equities, ETFs tracking U.S. value indices and related options. The portfolio focuses primarily on large-cap U.S. companies but may include mid- and small-cap stocks. The launch expands XFUNDS' lineup of actively managed equity and options-income ETFs.
