Exchange Traded Concepts and xETFs have launched the xETFs AI Bottlenecks ETF (NECK) on NYSE Arca. The actively managed fund targets companies operating in areas where supply constraints could limit AI expansion, including memory, networking, optics, power, cooling and computing infrastructure. Its investment process assesses the severity and durability of supply-demand imbalances alongside pricing power, competitive positioning and valuation. The portfolio can adjust as shortages ease or new constraints emerge, focusing exposure on businesses supplying scarce components and infrastructure needed for AI deployment. The strategy seeks opportunities where these constraints may translate into stronger economic positions for suppliers.
