Roundhill Files for ETF Targeting CPU Makers and Designers
Roundhill has filed for the Roundhill CPU ETF (XCPU), an actively managed fund targeting companies deriving at least 50% of revenues from central processing units and integrated systems.
WisdomTree has filed for the WisdomTree Structured Gold Fund, an actively managed strategy seeking enhanced performance relative to gold through derivatives, including swaps, equity-linked notes and autocallables. The fund would trade some upside potential for the opportunity to generate modest positive returns when gold prices are flat or slightly negative. Returns would depend on contractual conditions, and severe, sustained declines could produce losses similar to gold itself. Gold exposure may be obtained through a Cayman Islands subsidiary, capped at 25% of total assets at quarter-end. The fund would also hold Treasuries and cash for liquidity and derivatives collateral.
