SEI Files for Factor-Based U.S. Small-Cap ETF With Dynamic Weighting

SEI has filed to launch the SEI Ang Research Enhanced U.S. Small Cap ETF (ANGS), a passively managed fund tracking the iSTOXX Ang Research Enhanced U.S. Small Cap Index. The strategy selects stocks from the STOXX US Universal Small Cap Index using a quantitative methodology combining four factors: Momentum, Quality, Cyclical Value and Enhanced Value. Unlike traditional market-cap-weighted indexes, the benchmark uses an optimization process to balance factor exposures, manage risk and dynamically adjust factor weightings based on market conditions. As of November 2, 2026, the index comprised 903 stocks with market capitalizations ranging from $4.4 million to $40.4 billion. The ETF will invest at least 80% of its assets in index constituents, generally replicate their weightings and follow a quarterly rebalancing schedule.
