Roundhill Files for ETF Targeting CPU Makers and Designers
Roundhill has filed for the Roundhill CPU ETF (XCPU), an actively managed fund targeting companies deriving at least 50% of revenues from central processing units and integrated systems.
SWP Investment Management has filed for the SWP AI-Driven Equity ETF (SWPI), an actively managed fund using machine learning to select a concentrated portfolio of 21 stocks. The model scores Russell 1000 constituents against growth-oriented criteria, typically assigning each holding a 4%–5.5% weight, subject to industry caps. It retrains automatically on new market data and rebalances monthly. SWP would follow the model’s selections, weights and rebalancing decisions, with overrides limited to regulatory compliance or temporary defensive purposes. The fund would invest at least 80% of net assets in model-selected U.S.-listed equities and would be non-diversified, increasing exposure to individual issuers.
