Amplify Files Sports Ownership ETF With Private Market Exposure
The Amplify Pro Sports Private & Public Ownership ETF (PROS) will offer exposure to companies that own or operate professional sports teams, leagues and venues.
Vulcan Value Partners plans to convert its existing mutual fund into the newly organized Vulcan Value Partners ETF during the fourth quarter of 2026. The ETF is expected to retain a substantially similar investment strategy, the same adviser and the same portfolio management team. Ahead of the conversion, the Institutional share class will merge into the Investor class and the Investor class’s 12b-1 plan will terminate, both expected around September 23. The fund has also stopped accepting investments from direct shareholders, although purchases through eligible intermediaries remain available. The reorganization is expected to be tax-free for federal income tax purposes, except for cash received from fractional shares.
