LeagueShares Files Leveraged and Non-Leveraged ETFs Tied to MLB Teams
LeagueShares has filed for a sweeping lineup of ETFs offering both standard and leveraged exposure to the performance of every MLB team.
Touchstone plans to convert its Dynamic Large Cap Growth Fund from a mutual fund into a newly created ETF through a tax-free reorganization expected around January 22, 2027. The mutual fund would transfer all assets and liabilities to the acquiring ETF, with shareholders receiving ETF shares without paying sales loads, commissions or similar conversion fees. Touchstone will remain the adviser and Los Angeles Capital Management will continue as sub-adviser, while the ETF will retain the same investment goal, principal strategies and risks, aside from ETF-specific risks. The fund is expected to close to new direct shareholders around October 21, while existing shareholders and brokerage investors can continue purchases through December 31. After conversion, shares will trade exclusively on a national securities exchange through brokerage accounts.
