Tema ETFs has announced that its actively managed Tema Electrification ETF (VOLT) has surpassed $1 billion in assets under management less than two years after launching with just $1 million in seed capital. The milestone reflects growing investor demand for strategies targeting the infrastructure needed to support rising electricity consumption, particularly from artificial intelligence and data centers. VOLT focuses on three key investment themes: AI power infrastructure, U.S. electrical grid modernization, and nuclear and alternative energy. The fund invests in companies supplying critical equipment, upgrading aging power networks, and expanding electricity generation capacity. According to Tema, the growth has been supported by strong performance and increasing adoption among financial advisors and institutional investors. VOLT becomes the third Tema ETF to exceed $1 billion in AUM in 2026.
